Taste of Ethnic Boston | Back Bay

More than 15 of Boston’s top ethnic restaurants and 500 working professionals will gather at this year’s event to celebrate networking, food, and inclusion. Establishments participating will include Israeli restaurant ChikChak, Middle Eastern Chicken & Rice Guys, Vietnamese Pho Le and many more. This year, Get Konnected! is collaborating with CommonWealth Kitchen and Samuel Adams to showcase the emerging leaders of Boston’s diverse culinary arts. “A Taste of Ethnic Boston” will also welcome Beverly Armstrong as an honored guest. Armstrong, the only woman of color in Massachusetts to run her own brewery, will network with the attendees and discuss Boston’s growing food scene.

Public Education Forum: District Attorney | Dorchester

District attorneys are the most powerful people in our criminal legal system — and they answer only to you. Learn about the important role district attorneys play in determining the fairness and effectiveness of our criminal legal system and how, as voters, we can hold them accountable. Event co-hosts are NAACP Boston Branch, I Have a Future, Massachusetts Black Lawyers Association, WeNeedToKnow, Determined Divas, Young Professionals Network of the The Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts, and The Greater Boston Interfaith Organization.

Since 1990 ReVision Urban Farm has been growing food for homeless families and the community, while also offering job training and working to support a food system that is inclusive and diverse.

Reach Outdoor Dance Performance | Cambridge

Join us at this free performance featuring teens from the Greater Boston area in original choreography with an eclectic program of modern, jazz, improvisation, hip-hop, contemporary and ethnic dance. The Reach crew will be performing at 14 venues this summer, but this is the only show open to the public - don't miss it! Bring a lawn chair and your dancing shoes, so you can join us on stage after the finale! Location: Municipal Lot #5, behind HMart in Central Square.
